How Scuba Diving Changes my Life
Learning essence of life

How to overcome the stereotypical image of underwater hazard?
After quite a long experience, all stress disappears thanks to the breathing technique, which even helps in everyday life. Its simple and effective formula is to start with a long inhale while you count (one, two, three, four), then exhale for a long time until you reach seven or eight. You can try it now and see the result.

How to spend your time diving wisely? Well, it's even simpler. You know that our bodies are more adapted to speed in the air than underwater, so when you adjust your movements to a slow motion mode while diving, it's a game changer, my friend.

Let's talk about marine life. Above all, don't let the fish tempt you into chasing them, as your sudden movements will scare them away. When your breathing and movements are slow, it will make the fish feel more comfortable around you. I will share with you my secret on how to interact with large animals such as turtles, rays, eagle rays and even manta rays. I manage to get very close to them and take photos, synchronizing my movements with theirs and sometimes even mimic them.

By focusing entirely on the diving skills demonstration by the Dive Instructor and focusing on mastering the skills, no matter how many times you repeat them during the training - it will pay off.
